Shipping and Refund Policy
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver across South Africa. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery in Gauteng is free and for deliveries outside of Gauteng, please contact us in order for us to arrange for a courier (which will be at the clients cost).
1.2 Delivery Timeframes:

Standard delivery: 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Express delivery: 3-6 business days (if available and selected at checkout).
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances, such as delays with courier partners.
1.3 Delivery Fees:

Orders over R3000: Free standard delivery in Gauteng.

Orders outside of Gauteng require third party courier involvment and will there for have a cost attached to it.
1.4 Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
1.5 Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, you may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
2. Refund and Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items, such as custom or personalized mirrors, are non-refundable unless defective.
2.2 Return Process:

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
2.4 Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
2.5 Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damages: If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
3.2 Resolution Options:

Replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability).

Full refund if a replacement is not feasible.
